Syarat dan Ketentuan:
1. Pelanggan yang membeli server System x atau Blade atau Storage melalui project atau special bid tidak bisa menggunakan promo ini. Promo hanya berlaku untuk pembelian Ready stock.
2. Barang harus sudah sampai di tempat end user paling lambat tanggal 31 Maret 2010. Kecuali untuk Special Gadget Promo. tanggal PO terakhir ialah 7 Maret 2010 dan barang tiba di tempat end user paling lambat tanggal 9 Maret 2010
3. Claim Form dapat di kirim ke Veronica Kristianti via fax 021-2992-5001 atau via email kveronic@id.ibm.com atau via pos ke PT IBM Indonesia, The Plaza, 16-18th Floor, Jl. M.H Thamrin 28-30, Jakarta 10350, attn. Ms. Veronica Kristianti.
4. Formulir klaim harus dilengkapi dengan copy End User PO to Tier 2 Resellers & copy Tier 2 DO to End User dan diterima IBM selambat-lambatnya 8 April 2010. Untuk Special Gadget Promo, tanggal Purchase Order terakhir ialah 7 Maret 2010 dan tanggal Delivery Order terakhir ialah 9 Maret 2010. Jika Klaim tidak sah, IBM akan menghubungi pelanggan,
5. Penawaran terbatas. Satu pelanggan dapat mengklaim untuk Special Gadget Promo dan Free Shopping Voucher sekaligus hanya untuk pembelian tanggal 3-7 Maret 2010. Di luar periode tersebut, pelanggan hanya berhak mengklaim voucher saja.
6. Pelanggan boleh memilih tipe voucher yang diinginkan (Sodexho/Carrefour/Matahari/MAP).
7. IBM berhak mengganti sebagian ataupun seluruh isi program tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu.
8. Keputusan IBM mengenai kesahan klaim tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
